When you return an item, make sure NO damage is done to the item(s) and be sure to return it with the invoice (or receipt) that came with the product.  Failure of the invoice or receipt, The Shemeza Co.LLC won’t be able to process your request for product return. This means you will lose the money and the product will be mailed back to you. In-store Purchase: 


You are able to return unwanted, damaged, and or change-mind products within 30days from the date of purchase. Products without receipt will not be accepted for return, please make sure you have your receipt when returning items.
